Step One: Planning Your Session
Every portrait begins with a conversation. During your consultation, we'll get to know each other, talk about your dog, and discuss what makes them unique. Whether they're happiest racing along a beach, exploring woodland trails, or standing proudly on a mountain overlooking the landscape, we'll choose the perfect location to reflect their personality.
We'll also discuss how you'd like to enjoy your finished photographs, ensuring your session is designed with your home and your vision in mind from the very beginning.
Step Two: Your Adventure
Session day is about slowing down and enjoying time with your dog.
There's no pressure for perfect poses or constant obedience. Dogs are happiest when they can explore, play, and simply be themselves, and that's when the most meaningful photographs happen.
I'll gently guide the session while allowing plenty of freedom for natural moments to unfold. Whether your dog is sprinting through the mossy ground, standing proudly against a dramatic landscape, or quietly watching the sunset beside you, every image is created to showcase their personality and the connection you share.
Step Three: Choosing Your Artwork
After your session, you'll be invited to view your carefully curated collection of portraits.
Together, we'll select your favorite images and design artwork that complements both your home and your style. Using professional design software, you'll see your photographs displayed at scale on your own walls, making it easy to choose the perfect size and presentation.
These aren't photographs destined to sit on a hard drive. They're handcrafted pieces of art, created to be enjoyed every day and treasured for generations.
